At Indoor Golf Source, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. As the majority of our products are manufactured in the United States, we are proud to offer fast domestic shipping within the continental United States.
The following details our shipping processes, timelines, and policies.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Once an order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, provided the product is in stock. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been received and another confirmation email once your order has shipped.
For backordered or custom items, estimated shipping times are provided on the product page. Please note that these are estimates and may be subject to changes due to factors beyond our control, such as manufacturing delays, logistics constraints, or issues with our shipping partners.
CANADA SHIPPING
For Canada customers, we endeavor to offer free shipping on as many products as possible, however, please note that orders may be subject to a parcel handling fee or shipping fees depending on their size. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing you with best-in-class service.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
To avoid incurring a 3% processing fee, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@indoorgolfsource.com. Once your order has shipped, you’ll be responsible for both return shipping costs and the 3% processing fee.
Select products including made-to-order products and custom products may be subject to a 25% restocking fee if the order has entered production and the order is canceled before it has shipped.
Cancellations requested after shipping will be handled as standard returns under our 30-day Return and Refund Policy, and any associated shipping and restocking fees will apply.
SHIPPING METHOD AND DELIVERY TIMES
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on destination.
In the case of delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control, we will immediately contact you to confirm that you would still like to place your order.
We offer free shipping in the United States (Excluding: Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Marina Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces America, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific) for most of the products on our site.
Shipping is available in the United States and Canada (for most products).
Please note that we require that you provide a Shipping Address Phone Number due the size and value of our products.
MANUFACTURER SPECIFIC INFORMATION
Carl's Place Custom Orders
Fulfillment on Carl's Place Custom Enclosures and Built-In Screens is approximately 2-3 weeks. Carl's Place Custom Enclosures, Impact Screens, Built-In Golf Room Kits, Built-In Screens, Padded Walls, and Ceiling Paneling are not eligible for return or refund once the order is placed and has began being processed.
BACKORDERED ITEMS
If an item is backordered, we will notify you and provide an updated estimated shipping date. You may choose to keep your order or cancel it. Please be aware that backordered items cannot be canceled due to shipping delays beyond our control.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
We do not ship to P.O. boxes due to size limitations on most of our products.
IN-STORE PICKUP
We do not offer in-store pickup.
FREIGHT SHIPPING FOR LARGE ORDERS
Large or heavy products, such as simulator enclosures, are shipped via freight. Freight shipping typically takes longer than standard delivery methods and requires additional handling. You will be contacted by the freight company to schedule a delivery time. Please note that you will be responsible for receiving and inspecting the product upon delivery. See the Receiving and Inspection section for more details.
RECEIVING AND INSPECTION
Upon receiving your shipment, you must inspect the package for any visible damage before signing for the delivery. If you notice any damage, please note it on the delivery receipt, take photos of the damage, and contact Indoor Golf Source within 24 hours. Failing to report shipping damage within this timeframe may affect your ability to claim a refund or replacement.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely deliveries. However, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party couriers. If your shipment is delayed or lost, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please allow extra time during holidays or peak seasons for potential shipping delays.
SHIPPING FEES AND PROMOTIONS
Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. While we offer free shipping on most products that ship via standard ground shipping, there may be shipping fees applied to oversized or heavy items.
DAMAGED ORDERS
Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photo documentation. In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at sales@indoorgolfsource.com with your order number and photos of the item's condition.
