What's Included

Premium Golf Impact Screen
Triple-layer, tightly woven polyester built for full-impact use. Carl’s innovative cabled design allows the image to extend all the way to the turf, creating a seamless and fully immersive golf simulator experience.

Black Knit Enclosure Panels
Smooth black fabric surrounds the screen and lines the ceiling and side walls, helping to block out ambient light and contain stray shots—while adding a sleek, professional appearance.

Steel Frame Fittings
All the steel connectors and elbows needed to assemble the enclosure frame. (Note: 2" EMT pipes sold separately.)

Ball Bungees & Zip Ties
Includes both 6" and 9" ball bungees plus releasable zip ties to help you fine-tune the screen’s tension for your swing speed and hitting distance. Everything you need for a secure and clean setup is included.

Optional Accessories

Pipe Framing Kit

The Pipe Framing Kit is the easiest way to build your Pro Golf Simulator Enclosure frame without the hassle of sourcing parts yourself. This optional kit includes pre-cut, labeled 2" EMT steel pipes that match your enclosure size perfectly—no measuring, cutting, or trips to the hardware store required. While the kit is optional, the pipes are required to assemble your enclosure. If you choose not to purchase this kit, you’ll need to buy 2-inch EMT conduit locally to complete your setup.

Foam Insert Kit

The Foam Insert Kit is designed to protect the frame of your Pro Golf Simulator Enclosure from off-target shots. These custom-fit foam pieces slide into place behind the screen flaps, offering an extra layer of safety and reducing the risk of frame damage during play. It’s a smart upgrade for added peace of mind.

Safety Baffles

Safety Baffles help protect your enclosure ceiling from high-angle shots. Installed across the top of your simulator, these hanging panels catch and deflect balls that might otherwise bounce off the screen and hit the ceiling. They're especially useful for players with higher launch angles or those using wedges during practice.

Back Cover Kit & Back Cover Pipe Kit

The Back Cover Kit blocks out light from the rear of your simulator enclosure, improving your projected image quality and giving your setup a clean, professional look by covering exposed frame pieces. Pair it with the Back Cover Pipe Kit to avoid sourcing additional EMT piping—everything arrives ready to assemble.

Important: When ordering the Pipe Framing Kit, Foam Inserts, Safety Baffles, Back Cover Kit, or Back Cover Pipe Kit, make sure you select the correct size that matches your simulator enclosure.

Note: Safety Baffles should match the width of your enclosure for proper coverage.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please click on each question to view the answer.

How far should I stand from the impact screen?

We recommend standing 10 to 12 feet away from the screen for your safety and to protect the screen from damage.

Can I iron or steam my golf impact screen?

Do not iron the screen—it can cause damage. Instead, hang it with tension and let it relax for a few days. You can also use a clean steamer with distilled water to remove wrinkles safely.

Can I wash the impact screen?

For best results, check out our full guide on 'How to Clean Your Golf Impact Screen' for proper care and cleaning tips.

Are there safety concerns with golf simulators?

Yes. Always follow the assembly guide, keep children, pets, and spectators out of the swing zone, protect nearby surfaces, and review our Terms of Sale before use.

Do I need a golf hitting mat?

Yes. Hitting mats provide a safe, cushioned surface and a more realistic feel. A 4'x5' mat works for most setups, while larger mats are better for wider stances or ambidextrous use.

What’s the difference between Carl’s Enclosure Kits?

DIY Kit – Great entry-level option, affordable and simple.
Pro Kit – Larger bays with added safety, perfect for home or commercial use.
Curved Kit – Offers a panoramic, immersive screen experience.

What happens if a golf ball hits the black enclosure material?

The enclosure isn’t meant to take direct hits, but if a ball bounces off the screen and lightly contacts it, no damage should occur.

Can I order a replacement screen?

Yes! Contact our Customer Service Team or check our Clearance Section for discounted replacement options.

How much space does the enclosure need?

Allow 6–7 inches above for installation, 2–3 inches on each side, and at least 9.5 inches behind the Pro C-Series enclosure for the rear fitting.

What pipes are needed for the enclosure frame?

DIY Enclosures use 1" EMT. Pro & Curved Enclosures use 2" EMT. Add a Pipe Framing Kit to your order or source EMT locally. Do not use PVC.

How long does assembly take?

Assembly takes about 3 hours. Having a second person to help is recommended, especially for larger enclosures.

What are EMT pipes?

EMT stands for Electrical Metal Tubing. It’s used to build the enclosure frame—1" for DIY Kits and 2" for Pro and Curved Kits.

Where should I mount my projector?

Placement depends on your projector’s throw distance and screen size. You can mount it on the ceiling, frame, or floor using a protective cover. Use our Screen Size Calculator for help.

How do I attach the screen using ball bungees?

Insert the loop end of the bungee through a grommet, wrap it around the frame, then loop it back over the ball to hold the screen securely.
